Instead of bringing yet another attempt at recreating existing analog circuits to the digital market, we set out to create something new: an original pair of rock amps with true-to-life response, refined in the only way amps should be, with hands and ears.

These amps, pedals and effect units capture familiar characteristics of legacy hardware and evolve them into a modern, versatile all-rounder that responds to your playing like a tube amp should, keeping the tone glued to your fingers thanks to our signature zero latency.

TWO BOLD AMPS WITH INFINITE FLEXIBILITY.

CLEAN

CLEAN takes tone sculpting to a new level. VOL1 controls front-end bite and attack saturation, while VOL2 builds harmonic density and sustain, taking you from pristine clean to touch-sensitive breakup.

Fine-tuned BASS, MIDDLE and TREBLE controls are completed by MASTER plus wide-reaching PRESENCE and DEPTH, with advanced settings for deeper tone shaping.

CRUNCH

CRUNCH explores distortion from chunky rhythm tones to huge walls of rock guitars. GAIN1 drives front-end attack and grind, while GAIN2 adds body, sustain and bloom.

Its BASS, MIDDLE and TREBLE stack works in tandem with more aggressive PRESENCE and DEPTH controls, giving you maximum flexibility to chase the exact distorted sound in your head.

ADVANCED

HPF: Shapes the low end hitting the amp. Turn it on for a tighter front end, or leave it off for more low-end weight into the gain stage.
TIGHT: Reduces low-mid buildup for a cleaner, more focused tone.
BRIGHT: Adds a classic bright-cap lift for extra attack and presence.
SAG: Adds power-stage compression for a softer, more driven feel when the master is pushed hard.
POWER AMP: Switch between EL84-style openness and chime, or 6973-style density and low-mid weight.
SAFE: Zero-latency limiting for quick peak control, keeping the signal below 0dB.

SNAPPER

Time to squash or snap. SNAPPER is built around an original circuit that captures the snappiness of OTA compressors. With variable linked attack/release, a soft analog sounding saturation, the pedal has all it takes to handle your transient and dynamics before the front end of the amp.

ELEGANTE

More than just distortion, ELEGANTE offers direction. A TS-style stage before your amp tightens the lows, adds a mid push that keeps riffs articulate and clear, and lifts leads smoothly without fizz.

MORSO

Inspired by classic guitar pedals from the 70s and 80s, MORSO delivers thick and unruly distortion in two distinct flavours, with a switch toggling between vintage fullness and aggressive top-end clarity.

Built-In FX Racks

ECO DELAY draws from the tape echoes of the 70s and 80s, where repeats carry tone and movement, sometimes in unpredictable ways. Sync it to your session BPM, run it mono or stereo, and set it from tight, barely-there slapback to long trails that stay musical as they decay.

Push feedback past 100% for self-oscillation, then add as much character as you want with switchable vibrato/chorus modulation and a dedicated depth control.

WHOLE LOTTA VERB is a custom space between plate and hall, custom-programmed to inspire and designed to shimmer and breathe on its own.

It can sit as a quiet halo around the source or open into a deeper, immersive bloom. Shape it even further with HP/LP filters to keep the tail as lush as you need.

DOUBLE DENIM CHORUS adds width and motion without blurring the performance. Classic Rate/Depth/Mix controls take you from gentle thickening to obvious modulation.

Flexible placement lets you decide how it interacts with the rest of the chain. Put it before the ambience to let it bloom into the rest of the chain, or move it to the end for a cleaner, polished stereo finish.

Cabs & EQ

fedZEP boasts an 8 band graphic equaliser, featuring high pass and low pass filters, and giving you everything needed to shape tone quickly without reaching for extra plugins.

UNMUD acts as a dynamic palm mute suppressor that tames muddy frequencies and unruly bass buildup, helping you keep low end focused and controlled.

We've captured and curated 25 custom speakers specifically for fedZEP, tuned for the wide range of tones this workhorse can create. Cycle through them or load your own IRs, with phase flip and time alignment tools to shape the blend to taste.

Play through one or two cabs with blend and individual level controls, then add space with the Room slider. Need a push in a new direction? Hit RANDO and let fedZEP spark unexpected combinations.

What do I get with fedZEP?

fedZEP includes:

Two unique and original amp models.
Three pre-amp pedals (SNAPPER, ELEGANTE, MORSO).
A dual-cab section with 25 included cabs and user IR support.
A built-in EQ and low-mid dynamic tamer (UNMUD).
An FX rack with three modules (ECO DELAY, WHOLE LOTTA VERB, DOUBLE DENIM CHORUS).
Every section can be individually bypassed, allowing fedZEP to be used as a standalone multi-effect plugin.

Can I use fedZEP live?

Yes. fedZEP is a plugin you run in your DAW, and it reports zero latency in the DAW, making it a solid choice for live playing and performance rigs.

What formats does it come in and what DAW does it work with?

We provide VST3, Audio Unit, and AAX formats for macOS, VST3 and AAX for Windows. Any DAW that supports these formats will work with them, for example: Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Cubase, Studio One, FL Studio, Reaper.

Does it work on Apple Silicon (M1 to M5) Macs? What about old Intel Macs?

fedZEP is fully native for Apple Silicon chips (M1, M2, M3 etc) as well as Intel Macs. No Rosetta required, but it's also compatible with Rosetta.

How many computers can I install it on?

Each license includes up to three simultaneous activations per user. This could be your main studio machine, a laptop, and a third rig. We understand that modern production often means working across multiple machines, so we're doing our bit to have your tools available wherever you need them.

Can I try it before purchasing it?

Of course, you can download a trial from our Downloads page. The trial version has all features of the full version, but inserts a short infrequent silence so you can decide with confidence before you buy.

Do I need to pay for updates?

NEVER. We believe in perpetual license and we like to work uninterrupted. So as long as fedDSP will be a company, your perpetual license will receive unlimited free updates.
