Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of digital products ("Products") from fedDSP Ltd ("fedDSP", "we", or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

  • Payment & Invoicing: When you purchase a product from our website, the transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy. They are the "seller" of record for tax purposes.
  • Taxes: Lemon Squeezy is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST based on your location. The price you see at checkout will include these taxes where required.
  • Customer Service: While fedDSP provides all technical support for the software, billing or payment disputes may be handled in conjunction with Lemon Squeezy.

2. Order Process & Delivery

  • Digital Delivery: All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your license key and download instructions.
  • Instant Access: By completing the purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you acknowledge that you gain access to the software immediately.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because our products are digital software that cannot be "returned" once accessed, strict limitations apply.

  • No Refunds After Activation: As per our End User License Agreement (EULA), refunds are not offered once a product has been downloaded, installed, or activated, except where required by applicable consumer law.
  • Cooling-Off Period Waiver: By purchasing digital content and downloading/activating it, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (the "cooling-off period") provided by consumer protection laws.
  • Exceptions: If the software is technically defective and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. License Transfer

Purchases grant a Personal License to the named buyer. This license is non-transferable except via our official License Transfer process, which is subject to approval and a transfer fee. Please refer to the EULA for full details.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact support@feddsp.com first. We are here to help.

Please note that if a transaction is disputed with your bank or payment provider (a "chargeback") and the funds are returned, the associated license key will be legally voided and automatically deactivated.
